Please note: This questionnaire is intended only for clients who have already signed a contract with us and officially booked their date.

Before filling it out, please make sure you have reviewed our pricing and secured your booking by signing the contract.

The questionnaire should be completed after these steps, not before.

We are meeting before the ceremony, but we won't see each other (possibly doing a prayer separated by a door, or something like that).
